Alpacas are domesticated species of South American camelid. Their appearance resembles the appearance of a small llama. There are two breeds of alpaca one is Huacaya and the other is Suri.

The unique thing about them is they can hum, they tend to do it mostly in situations where they are curious, worried, bored, fearful, content or cautious.
